Iñigo, founder of Five-E, has a large experience in the M&A and in the energy, industry having lead the acquisition and development of more than 25GW in the solar, wind and hydro Industry around the world but mainly in Europe, US and Latam

Prior to Five-E., Iñigo was Managing Director leading the investment activities at Matrix Renewables with TPG Rise Fund to whom he has provided 6 GW growth in 12 months.

Before this, Iñigo has been head of M&A for EMEA and Latam at Sunedison where he was a key team member for the Terraform Power and Global IPOs. After that, he moved at Trina where he became head of M&A for the downstream business and the Head for the Latam activities where, in 18 months, he turned the platform to one the largest ones with activities in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Brazil and Chile. and selling this to TPG for the creation of Matrix Renewables

Ivan has a broad experience in the M&A/Financing and in the Energy Industry such as bioethanol, solar, wind and hydro in the UE, US and Latam

Ivan holds a degree in Economics from the University San Pablo CEU and an AMP from IESE

Prior to Energy factory and with more than 20 years experience, Ivan has led at Trina the M&A and Financing departments for the downstream business of EU and Latam

Ivan has been Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Atlantica Yield (Nasdaq Listed Company) and responsible for the Bioethanol Structure Finance department at Abengoa Bioenergy.

Valentina, is the general counsel at Five-E, with a demonstrated history of working in the renewable industry in the EMEA and LATAM regions. Skilled in negotiation, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, project contracts, compliance and litigation. Hard worker with problem solving capabilities. Good team player and relationship

Artur has a large experience in the development and construction of solar and wind assets in Europe and Latam having developed and built recently in Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Chile, Colombia and Mexico

Artur holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Energy Construction from the University of Vigo

Prior to Energy factory, Artur has led at Trina the engineering department providing support to the different development teams in order to maximize yield and minimize capex

Prior to Energy Factor and Trina, Artur worked in two of the main renewables EPC companies such as Aldesa and Grupo Ortiz, being responsible for the engineering and EPC cost departments

Maria has developed her professional career as Head of Staff and PA consolidate her profile within the support area in the provision of general assistance associated with business life. His previous jobs range from sectors such as Customer Intelligence (Daemon Quest), Business Consulting and Audit - Big Four (PwC), renewable energy sector (Suntech Power International) and recently the Digital sector (EIT Digital Spain). Professional career of more than 13 years in support and direct reporting to Executive profiles, CEO's and Executive Presidents of leading companies in their sector.
